its quite good really i just clean the sink find the kettle clear the covers and switch on lol they are moving very quickly too .

Hi YG how are you today ?

Good evening all. I will be so pleased when Sunday arrives and this stupid daylight saving ends. It's OK for them what stays in bed till mid morning but for us early risers it is 'orrible getting up in the dark.

How is every one. Keep up the chat on "doing the family history". I need motivating to put the nose back to the grindstone. Had some work work to be completed last night so I gave the cleaning and the chatting the flick.

Told OH about the potential, proposed, perhaps laundry renovations. He just rolled his eyes. Don't you love it when men roll their eyes. It speaks volumes without a sound. However rolling eyes and the absence of loud definite disapproval indicates "yes" to the project.

And speaking of my other half, did I tell you he has tried his hand at baking bread. First few efforts could have been used as ballast in the Nut Lodge yacht. Either that or as a soccer ball in a Australia/Germany match. Tee Hee!! However, he has learned from our indigestion and the loaves are now as good as bought ones.

Well I'm off to have a lurk around the boards and check out the goss. Then it's off to work. Cold this morning, think I need to get the woolies and the long sleeves out. That is a sure way of inspiring hot weather to return.

Love the eye rolling and you are definitely right in the assumption that it is as good as a 'yes' if no utterances were made at the same time! I would get on with it before he finds his voice!!

LG, I am reasonably ok thank you!! Having a rest from fh tonight as I was cross eyed again last night.

Just to entice you back on to your research Aunty, I started again at the beginning of the year and have found 52 pages of war documents relating to my great uncles' brother who died at 19 in Gallipoli after having enlisted only 3 months previously. I even found his embarkation papers when he sailed from Sydney. He was a mantlepiece maker in Richmond.

I have been up the tree again and now have had enough so I am signing off to and chilling out.

Aunty I have just been talking about decorating our hallway, well trying to talk with OH. Strange he has suddenly gone deaf LOL Have a good day.

morning all LG if you keep getting stuck in your tree we will have to send the firemen down .
It is cold and wet here this morning , I managed to get my tv working in my room last night so am chuffed .my room is the least disturbed at the moment so I am going to put the ironing board in there and clear what i have dried .I think the mucky work is done now however the rain will not help today lol

i am the killer queen lol just dusted the desk off lol
and made a cuppa lol , there are three here today working so am keeping out of their way ,Andrew has just phoned to say the exhaust has gone on his car just as well he has had over time today lol from saturday

Oh dear Maz - you mentioned the fire word. YG is going to get all hot and bothered again - lol Glad things are progressing. Can't recall how long you said it will all take. Hope you don't have to do too much redecorating. You did so much last year.

Perhaps Auntie's OH thinks he has more chance of seeing her if she is working on her own house - lol

det i did the basics last year i will just save up and do the work as i go in the decorating i am buying a cooker to go in first so will pay for that then see what else happens . one of the joiners is going to help me too get back to square one with a few jobs , i am having a stable door as a back door and am going to wax it to keep the real wood as its lovely

My boss has left today and it was a tearful farewell!

His sister owns a business making wedding cakes and cup cakes, so he had asked her to make some cup cakes for us in the office and they were brilliant! Even had the company logo on them. I got two for being a good girl, so am having a treat tonight as I was too busy to eat them at work! Blow the calories!

All this talk of cleaning and decorating. Is spring on the way lol!

think of the blood pressure YG i am waiting for a plumber to come back as there is a leak in the old pipe work that they have been playing with so no hot water at the moment as it was draining out

I had all on to get them!! He was just on his way round to everyone else and thought I had already taken one! Got one and then there was just one left when he was leaving the office so I got it!!
