Anyone been on A* today? My cursor got stuck on a transcription page and I couldn't get to the browser tabs at all, at all. OH had to shut down FireFox and now I'm a bit nervous about going back on it again.

Oh, and have you noticed the dotted triangle at the bottom right of the 'reply' box on here? You can use it to increase the size of the box. Ever so handy.

This is discrimination. I do not have any triangles, acute, isoseles, obtuse, or equilateral. I am using IE as well. Perhaps triangles are confined to the northern hemisphere.

Maz . why do you have scaffolding?? I confess I have neglected to read the past Chronicles with any diligence. I am glad you did not need the wheelie bin between your legs, but scaffolding sounds like major building works. Are we borrowing the builders for Nut Lodge renovations??

morning all my men lol the house will be full today , electrics are getting started as is the heating system ,and the ridge tiles with the verge too on the roof . the kitchen is out now with the cooker ,washer fridge and freezer still in just .today will be hetic so i am going to escape today if the electircs get switched off i will leave this until they are finished cos it will get dusty .

Maz, just go out and stay out as long as you can each day, best not to think of the mess. Let your eyes glaze over it for a while.

Hm - bathroom cupboards. Seems such a shame to chuck all those 'smellies' so kindly donated at special times of the year. But if they are gathering dust, or that 'wrinkle' cream no longer works, time for the bin!

We are suppose to be going out to day as the NT places are awaking from their winter slumber. We bought cheap Walking Boots OH wants to try out. Mine hurt on one ankle....so frustrating!

Well, I've been a busy girl today setting up a leaving presentation for one of my two bosses! His last day is on Thursday, but one of the directors couldn't be there, so have had it today.

Because of some changes they have taken on two managers to replace him, so I will now have three managers all breathing down my neck. I am going to have a tough time over the next few weeks until they are settled in and have completed all their induction. Is it time to retire yet lol!!
