Wey Hey! I beat Maz! Wake up you lazy lot...you can't ALL have hangovers - lol

I'm awake with no hangover!! Not a drop of alcohol has touched my lips right through Christmas and New Year!!

Was up early, but got involved in a reply to a hot match e-mail that I sent so have been glued to the screen looking at the tree. Quite exciting, but they live thousands of miles away, so no luck again in meeting some 'rellies' locally, although there are some younger members not too far from here.

Happy new year I have not got hangover lol ,am awake and relaxing here ,it was fairly quiet here not so many fireworks either

There weren't too many here either Maz. Maybe everyone is being cost conscious ready for the onslaught of rising costs!!

I have been a busy girl and a spoil sport and taken down my Christmas decorations and tree. Everything is clean and tidy again, so am going to do a bit of work on my family tree!! It's about time I started it rebuilding it with all the info I lost a couple of years ago!

It is rubbish again on the tv tonight, so may watch a dvd.

Thank you for the e-card YG, it's lovely, I didn't do a New Year one, but I'm not as clever as Jacquie Lawson anyway.

We won't be watching the telly either, probably put a DVD in. I'll be taking my decs down tomorrow, didn't put as much up this year, but it'll still take a while to take down.

I have just contacted someone on my hot matches and got a reply more or less straight back. I haven't worked on my tree for a couple of years because I had problems inputting a 'spouse' and finished up having to delete loads of them. Now I need to do it to give my contact some information, but I am really struggling. I have spent most of the afternoon working on one person and have conflicting information and I can't sort!! It doesn't help that they emigrated to Australia.

I'm pondering whether to put it on one of the help boards. I could really do with Aunty Sherlock right now!!

Oooo Well done YG. I've been told that one of mine didn't marry who I thought. Botheration!

LOL YG. I have not cleared up all the flakes of glitter ot tinsel yet as we have no energy left. Both of us a re a little under the weather today with colds. No hangovers in case anyone thinks that what our laziness is caused by LOL

LOL YG same here not tea though Coffee ! I did indulge in one pear cider on Xmas day though whilst helping H who was cooking the lunch

I've got a small (one glass) bottle of wine in the fridge that I was going to drink on Christmas Day and forgot all about it. I had three of them lined up last year and finished up throwing them all out!

LOL Yg. We have quite a lot of drinks in cupboard at the moment due to our business customer's generosity. I gradually 'lose' them at Brownie raffles etc.
