Dear All

Hello, fellow Nutlodgers and hope you are keeping well and okay.

Spent a productive hour sending messages through the GR search trees for an ancestor.

Some replies already!

Note to self......need to get more organised with printouts!
Must file in right place, in folder!

Take gentle care all
Very best wishes
xx

A wedding? Did I hear right? Think you still need a licence or 4 weeks of Banns even in Gretna. Now don't you dare book a date during exam time!!!!! Hee hee. Seriously though - you do what is best for you....even if it means we never get to deck ourselves out in our finery (sob, sob)

Glad to hear everyone has had an outing recently. We're like everyone else, rarely going to the cinema. At least you have been round the sales - OH drove passed the turning to our Centre and said the queue was over a mile of stationary traffic before he even reached the slip road. By the time I can persuade him, anything of interest would have gorn! (we might go to Halfords to exchange the car battery tomorrow - whoopdy doo!)

If LG was singing at the Panto, I bet Yidarmylass was rather pleased she was still a bit bunged up!

Evening Elizabeth - sounds good! What do you mean about folders? Don't you have a pile of papers teetering on the edge of the table/desk? lol

Dear Detective

Hello!

Last time I went to the cinema it was for a silent film!

No, seriously. I saw Mamma Mia in 2008 and everyone in the cinema was standing and clapping for the "Dancing Queen" song.

Well, I have two large folders with papers which are not necessarily filed in the right order (with thanks to Morecambe and Wise for the wit!)

Must get organised!

Take gentle care
Very best wishes
xx

LOL DET It's me with my pile of papers teetering and not a clue which branch they belong to.

Yidarmylass was singing at the top of her voice as it is the Spurs Footie team song. I was singing oh to be a Gooner LOL.

Oh yes I was !!!! PMSL

Oh no you weren't! In the deepest recesses of my mind, I thought it was the THS's anthem. Mother came from Edmonton, don't'cha know?

EOS - Youngest agreed to accompany me to Mama Mia on a Wed matinee - she was the youngest person there, lol Actually, I found it rather sad on a personal level - lost opportunities and all that.

Talking of piles of paper - OH and I had a tussle over my pile when he wanted to tidy up. The earliest print off was from 2 years ago. Oops!

YG

YG Report 29 Dec 2010 21:53

Ooooh I wondered what that noise was!!

LaGooner

LaGooner Report 29 Dec 2010 22:03

Tottenham Hotspur one and the same as spurs LOL. Yidarmylass comes from Edmonton, small world LOL.

put your ear plugs in YG. LOL. I'm enough to deafen anyone LOL

+++DetEcTive+++ Report 29 Dec 2010 22:10

Tut LG - I'm not as daft as I look! Yes Spurs is short for Tottenham Hotspurs. My (male) cousin is always talking about them...just as well we only see him once every few years.

With the size of my Edmonton family, Yidarmylass and I could be related!!!!!

LaGooner

LaGooner Report 29 Dec 2010 22:12
