Hope you are okay.

Its been pouring down here today.

Our fridge/freezer seems to have gone up the spout and been sorting out a lot of annoying people on the telephone.

Is it me? Or are certain people in jobs nowadays just thick....

Where is common sense? Obviously on vacation!

Take no notice, all, I am just cranky at the mo.

Hello Elizabeth. It sounds as though you have had a tough day today, but I agree with you about common sense. It is sadly lacking in many areas. I think we have to grit our teeth and try to get on as best we can!

Oh dear Elizabeth - you aren't having much luck. First your computer and now the fridge/freezer! I blame the call centers. If you deviate from the script, they are all at a loss!

What have the Brownies done to you now LG? Been practising their knots in your hair, or was that yesterday?

Had a nice interlude today. As the end of this mornings exam session co-incided with lunch, was able to go and have a gossip with my ex collegues (and catch up with all the gossip lol) OH got all worried as I was back later than he expected. Bless him.

No DET Brownies was yesterday and they were fine. What is the old saying ??? You can choose your riends but not your family LOL,

Sorry to hear that - I had got the impression that all was not right with the world. Makes me glad in those situations that I am an 'only' and not in contact with the extended all that much. Luckily, even though the youngest goes by the name of 'Problem Child' aka PC in here, she has grown out of it. The other 2 get on with their own thing and we try not to interfere.

Oh it's nothing too drastic just a bit of hassle I could have well done without LOL.

Nah- been sociable with OH - watching how to build a Roman Villa in Shropshire. It's 'Roman Night' on TV, oneof his passions. At least it wasn't Mega Buildings, or Big Machines, which is his want!

Oh heck missed that !!!!! I love the Romans too.
