Morning all - Hope A enjoys his trip darn sarff - and that he has a passport to pack lol

Not sure what we will do today as my back has been aching for a couple of days (not 'gone' ) and I can't get comfy either sitting or standing. Its been 2 months and I'm getting rather fed up with it. Not as bad as some of your long standing complaints, I know, but depressing all the same

Oh DET it can be so wearing I know. I think actually back pain is one of the worst as you can't lay,sit or stand comfortably. At least with knees etc you can generally get settled in a semi comfy position onece you find it !!!

Well i have a had a real treat this afternoon i was walking home from work and the firemen were out on a run past me YG you need to visit or get stuck in a tree

Sob. sob!! It's not fair. I'm gonna spit my dummy out now!!! It's too cold to get stuck up a tree, so I will have to wait for spring!!

DET, sorry to hear you are still suffering with your back. It can really wear you down when you are constantly in pain. I hope it gets better soon.
