They do an absolutely amazing job and I am very proud of them all, but they don't touch the senses like firemen!! I think it stems back to my childhood when our roof caught fire and they arrived with their helmets and pick axes!!

Morning all - first on the scene today, AND I've had my 8 hours sleep!

Have decided that my paid work is bad for my health as if I stand for more than 30 mins my back plays up for days. What to do??? Don't really want to resign in case it is only a blip, and it gets me out the house. Perhaps the Doc could help, or I could spring for a physio session. What do you think?

Hi folks I have had a better nights sleep I am hoping that as the weekends are quieter and people get outtoday that he may be spotted i phoned the council where they would take dead animals and he has not gone there .The bakers is the hub of the area and is in touch with Police and bin men etc ,The vets have my details and He is Chipped I have a feeling he has gone to a bungalow or followed some one He is insured so vets wont be an issue I have also Phoned the radio stations too .Cats do this so we wait patiently

DET, my gp sent me to the Osteopath for treatment on my neck. The treatment on was on the NHS at a private clinic, although the local NHS had just pulled the plug and I got in just before they stopped taking gp referrals. Depends what sort of injury you have, but they treated a lot of people with back problems.

Lovely day here too Maz, it encouraged me to get out in the garden and at least get one border sorted at the back. It looks tidy but the winter has been very unforgiving on some of my plants. I have cut back to the base and waiting with baited breath!

I need one big old bush digging out. It was beautiful last year but very sorry for itself now. I think it's case of calling the gardener is as it is too big for me to dig out!

DET, you need to be taking it steady again. I think a GP appointment is a good idea. You can't go on like this.
