Lol @ RMS! Yes some games can seem like that, but others can involve a lot of running and kicking (the ball that is!) The shoving each other around is probably the Scrum or maul when they get into a huddle. That can be dangerous if they don't do it properly.

BM re-started Rugby training a bit when he moved out last year - I had phone calls about 'how do you get mud out of white shorts?' lol He hasn't kept it up as he is usually unavailable to the weekend to compete in games.

Used to enjoy the Sunday R club when he was younger. Not soo much standing on the touch lines, but the half a pint of shandy in the club house afterwards - lol

Gets out thermometer - bed before midnight? LG must be ill!

This'll make you chuckle RMS. One of my friends is accompanying a school trip from the Uk to a ski resort in Calgary. She had been looking at the resort web cam but thought it was broken.

Until..........wait for it.................she looked later in the day than normal and realised she was looking at the sun rise!!!!!!!!!!!

RockyMountainShy

RockyMountainShy Report 1 Feb 2011 23:23

*chuckles*

Yes, it it can be pretty dark at NIGHT. IN CALGARY are you sure? The only place to ski is Olympic Park and I wouldn't call that a resort, but you never know maybe it is.

Shrugs - thats what she said! She's never done a TA flight as it is, so I suspect she will have quite a shock lol At least she isn't expecting to get on the slopes on the day they arrive lol

Good, Good.

Stuck on a plane with the children will be a shock, if your not used to a lot of screaming excited kids.

I think she is hoping that the ones she is with will sleep most of the way - in her dreams! Even if she can keep her mob under control, its other peoples who have to be contended with, especially little ones who have ear problems!

Whhooo that is a good idea wear them out before boarding. Run them around the airport a couple of times that should work.

I've never heard of a cat being tared and feathered Maz. A pair of scissors might be the only option.
