Evening both. Maz our heating cut in during the night we had it turned down to 10 so it must have been extra cold. Our house like yours is very well insulated and cosy so that was very unusual.

Zzzzz we will be doing the same tomorrow :-D

We are going food shopping tomorrow weather permitting to Lidal, don't need much just a top up and to get out of the house. :-)

Its freezing here
I left the heating on 12 this morning at home and it was on when I got in which is unusual as I have a cosy house that is insulated well .
we have been busy again for lunch as well as food unsold from the supermarkets .
this helps our guys so much

Back now, the run is mostly on the main roads that are gritted so no problems. I am however pleased to be home and in the warm. :-D

I hope you took care out there, it is still cold but the bit of sun we had melted the frost from the field behind us.

Afternoon all, it was very frosty this morning but the roads were ok thank goodness. I had a busy morning in the archive and then we had to go down the churchyard to lay flowers. It is unbelievable that it is 2 years since OH lost his brother :-0.Just sitting with my feet up before the school run. Dreading trying to park when I get back as they have barricaded all the parking bays off to resurface :-| :-| :-|

We think that too so we will just be patient and win her round in the end hopefully. We are off to bed now as we have the school run as usual in the morning. Nite nite,sleep well and see you tomorrow. :-D <3

I think maybe she doesn't want to be touched in any way because of any abuse she may have had before you took her on. x

Holly is at last stopped being so scared of us and comes out from her hidey hole and into the room where we are sitting.She still does not want to be fussed yet but hopefully she will come round in time.

It does take them a while to be comfortable, one of my sisters found that out when they found a dog on their doorstep, they were on a mobile home site and dogs were not allowed, she would hide behind the kitchen bin she was abused by her previous ones and only come out for food and drink when my sister and her hubby were in another room, we guessed she was put there by someone who knew them and that she would be looked after.

I miss not having fur here to keep me warm!! The smallest one of V's snuggles up and doesn't move all night :-) Poppy is a bit more restless and often moves to the end of the bed!

I'm off to fill that bottle now!
