By coincidence, Catherine had some fun, before going away, chasing the Adam family and it landed back with Mary Hannah Pettinger. Whilst you have given me most of the census for this extended family, I find I am short of 1861 for parents James and Hannah with daughter Mary Hannah and siblings. Please could anybody fill this gap, so I can then pick out the correct children in FreeBMD. Many thanks, Frances

William Pettinger 55 (Sawyer) ???

	The 1851 census on Ancestry states he was born...Whittam, Nottinghamshire, England. I think that should be......Whatton Nottinghamshire ?

You will probably also appreciate that I am pleased being able to avoid spending on a Birth Certificate !!! lol Frances
